There is no minimum and no maximum order limit.

Custom DTF transfers are available as single transfers or gang sheets, giving you flexibility based on your project needs.

Processing Times
• Standard processing time for custom DTF transfers and gang sheets is 1–3 business days from the time your artwork is approved.
• Artwork approval may take up to 48 hours.
• Processing times are subject to change during periods of higher-than-expected demand.

Artwork Requirements
Please review carefully before uploading your file:
• Artwork MUST be print-ready:
        o 300 DPI
        o PNG file
        o Transparent background
o This is the only file type accepted.
• Artwork must be ganged within the size parameters selected at checkout.
• Artwork must be sized exactly as you want it printed within the selected dimensions.
• We do not edit, resize, crop, or adjust artwork submitted for this product.
• All images are printed AS-IS. Please ensure your artwork is fully print-ready.

  • No refunds will be issued for printed artwork due to file quality, sizing, or color issues. Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the final printed DTF transfer.  Colors displayed on screens are created using RGB light, while DTF transfers are printed using CMYK inks. Color differences can also occur due to screen settings, device calibration, file color profiles, ink absorption, and the DTF printing process itself.  We recommend converting files to CMYK and ordering a test print if color accuracy is critical. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential color variations.

• Artwork services are available for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss custom artwork needs.
• By uploading a file, you certify that you own the rights to print the design. Brandie’s Crafty Creations is not responsible for trademark or copyright infringement and reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order at our discretion.

What Is a DTF Transfer?
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are a type of garment transfer printed using water-based DTF inks onto a clear release film. This method allows for vibrant, full-color designs that can be applied to a wide variety of fabrics and garment colors.

DTF transfers offer flexibility in application timing and surface, making them an excellent option for custom apparel.

Application Instructions
Commercial-grade heat press required. Home irons are NOT recommended.

DTF Transfer Application Steps
1. Preheat the garment for 5 seconds to remove excess moisture.
2. Place the transfer on the garment white side down, image facing up.
3. Press at 325°F for 15 seconds using very firm pressure.
4. Remove the garment from the press and allow it to cool completely.
5. Peel the cooled film away from the image.
6. Cover the image with parchment paper, a Teflon sheet, or butcher paper and press again for 15 seconds.

Care Instructions
• Turn garment inside out
• Machine wash cold
• No bleach
• No fabric softener
• Do not dry clean or iron directly on the image
• Tumble dry low

These settings are recommendations only. Heat press temperatures, pressure, and timing may vary by machine. If you are new to pressing DTF transfers, we strongly recommend performing a few test presses before production.
